Dylan and the Champion Mortgage Team were absolute rockstars with my home refinance. The fully digital platform is really seamless and makes the application process surprisingly quick and easy. Out of all the mortgages and refinances I've done personally, this was my first one with Champion, and this was the first time I was actually given options to pick from AND all options actually suited my situation. You know when a broker is representing your interests to a tee, when the hardest part is picking a mortgage. We close our refinance next week, and I could not have been happier with the rate, term, product and most importantly the unbeatable service! Champion was EXCELLENT. I had an initial mortgage broker that, after a pre-approval, was unable to get the mortgage closed with their lender, continually asking for more and more information. With 4 business days to go before the closing of my property my lawyer, Miller Thomson, recommended I go to Champion. Best decision ever.
